Call For Abstracts
If you have received funding from KY EPSCoR, NASA KY, DOD, EPA, NIH-IDeA, USDA-AFRI or are conducting scientific research at an institution in Kentucky, we invite you to share your progress and outomes at the conference. Begin by writing an abstract of the research. Then, follow the guidelines detailed below, to prepare a poster or create a video for presentation at the conference. Click the green button below to submit the abstract (limited to 300 words) and video link (if applicable) . Abstracts and video links must be submitted by Friday, May 8, 2015 for inclusion in the conference program and to be considered for selection for oral and viewing presentations .
From the abstracts submitted, five will be selected for a five minute oral presentation at the conference in addition to poster presentation. You will be notified by e-mail by May 15, 2015 if your abstract has been selected for oral presentation.
Poster Presentations [Note: display area is smaller than in previous years]
For each abstract submitted, a 40" high by 46" wide cloth display area will be alotted for the preseantion of a printed poster. The posters should be tacked up in their assigned location by 7:45 am May 22, 2015. Presenters are responsible for providing their own tacks. We expect attendees to peruse the displays throughout the day. However, authors should be present to answer questions during the scheduled poster sessions. Check the finalized agenda after October 6, for times when your poster will be viewed.

We are accepting video presentations, in place of, or in addition to, poster presentations. Videos should be no longer than 3 minutes. From the videos submitted, up to three will be selected for presentation to the main audience. The video should inform viewers regarding the following:
